It incorporates a electric kitchen with a corian base bench and a glass serving pass equipped also with a microwave – grill oven. It is equipped with a light genoa sail. It has a hard roof fully equipped with spot lights in the external passenger area ( outside salon ). It is equipped with flat screen CD-DVD equipment in all staterooms. Also there is a Flat screen TV operating in the main salon.

The yacht sports four ( 4 ) staterooms ( 2 double and 2 suites ) however the capacity can be extended to incorporate six ( 6 ) staterooms ( via internal modification in the suite areas), with a double bed available in the four staterooms and two beds in the the other two cabins. There are seven bathrooms. Six are located in the stateroom areas and one is located in the main salon.

Accommodation

The spacious aft cockpit is protected under a rigid bimini top. Passage to and from the saloon and galley is unhampered. The large dining table can either be set in the saloon or in the cockpit. It can also be stowed in a cleverly designed locker built in the bimini top. The aft passerelle allows passage from one transom to the other without going back up in the cockpit.

The large L-shaped galley faces the cockpit and it has been designed as a professional area where the chef will be able to reveal all his skills
The saloon provides a 360° panoramic view. The saloon on the Lagoon 440 is a superb living space. The light oak Alpi woodwork and the laminated wenge floor give a modern and relaxing feel.

She consists of 5 cabins, 4 double,1 twin all with en-suite facilities. The three doubles are located in the aft part and you can
access them from the left side of the lounge by stairs. The cabins are spacious and comfortable with ample storage space.

The floor is mahogany wood. The ceiling is decorated with an off white alcantara. The wall panels are made of cherry wood. All en-suites suites have big and comfortable showers. The interior decoration of the cabins is simple and minimalist but very elegant.

The aft is surrounded by a big cushion area where guests can relax and enjoy their cruise. In the front there is a huge sun bathing area with mattresses all colored in light beige. At the bottom of the cushion area, there is a seated area with a small coffee table. In the fore there is a large and comfortable platform, an ideal place to enjoy the sailing. A bimini is available to use for protection from the sun. The deck is made of brand new teak wood.
